Payment is expected on the day that services are provided. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, and MasterCard & Visa Payments. We also offer CareCredit as an option to make affordable monthly payments for 6, 12, or 18 months with no interest.
Insurance coverage varies from policy to policy, and it's your responsibility to understand what your insurance plan covers. Questions regarding your individual plan should be directed to your human resources department or insurance provider.
As a service to our patients we will file insurance claims with most traditional plans and are a preferred Delta Dental provider. We make every effort to maximize your dental benefits, and we will provide you with a complete estimate before any treatment is done. Insurance co-payments are to be paid at the time of service.
You may need to have pre-authorization from your insurance company prior to starting treatment and we will be happy to submit that for you.
Missed Appointments/Cancellation Policy
We value your time and make every effort to provide treatment in a timely manner and in as few visits as necessary. In order to provide the best services to our patients we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or for rescheduling your appointment.*A broken appointment is a loss to many*
- The patient who missed the reserved time.
- The patient who could have used the doctor or hygienists time
- The practice that was staffed and prepared for the appointment
Because our time is valuable like yours, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 for any late cancellations or missed appointments.
